About The Role

We are seeking a commercially-minded Solution Consultant to partner with our sales team and help win new business by shaping the way prospects understand and value Sparrow’s platform. This role focuses on pre-sales activities: understanding customer needs, building tailored solution proposals, delivering compelling demos, and translating complex industrial challenges into clear business value.

You will be a key player in helping our prospective clients see not just how our platform works but why it’s the smartest business decision they can make.

What You’ll Do

Pre-Sales Engagement

Qualify opportunities and shape solution strategies.

Lead discovery sessions with prospects to uncover technical and business pain points.

Solution Design & Presentation

Craft tailored demos, presentations, and proposals that clearly link Sparrow’s capabilities to customer goals.

Create ROI analyses and business cases to demonstrate the commercial value of our solutions.

Industry Expertise

Become an expert in Sparrow’s platform, industrial spare parts management, and our target sectors (chemical, pharmaceutical, automotive).

Provide market and industry insights during sales conversations to strengthen our value proposition.

Deal Support

Collaborate with Marketing, and Product teams to ensure alignment in messaging, features, and customer expectations.

Act as a trusted advisor to prospects throughout the decision-making process.

Must-Haves

3–5 years of experience in a pre-sales, solution consulting, or sales engineering role, preferably in B2B SaaS.

Proven ability to engage with both technical and business stakeholders.

Strong presentation and storytelling skills, with a knack for simplifying complex topics.

Commercial acumen you can spot value opportunities and articulate them in business terms.

Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Self-starter who thrives in dynamic, fast-growing environments.

Nice-to-Haves

Experience in SaaS sales for industrial, manufacturing, or supply chain sectors.

Knowledge of AI-powered or data-driven platforms.

Fluency in French or German.

Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics.
